Process Code of Conduct

Process Photo Walks are a respectful, safe space — bring your camera, your curiosity, and treat people with care.

Process Photo Walks – Code of Conduct

We want these walks to feel welcoming, creative, and safe for everyone. Photography is the focus, and community is what makes it special. These simple guidelines help us keep it that way:

  1. Respect People and Places

    • Always ask before photographing someone up close.

    • Be mindful of private property and local rules.

  2. Respect Each Other

    • Share the space so everyone gets a chance to shoot and speak.

    • Offer tips only when asked or welcomed — we’re here to encourage, not lecture.

  3. Keep It Safe

    • Watch traffic, bikes, and surroundings.

    • No risky stunts for photos.

  4. Be Supportive and Social

    • Conversations and connections are encouraged, but read social cues.

    • This is a creative meet-up, not a dating event. Persistent or unwanted attention will not be tolerated.

  5. Zero Tolerance

    • Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior = you’re out.
